Quality Verification Specialist and Data Entry :
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and
Quality Verification Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for provider data entry, fee schedule
entry, quality verification, and technical user acceptance testing. You will play a critical role in
maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database system and ensuring the quality and
integrity of our data.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter provider data, including demographic information, contact details, and
other relevant information into our database system.
Update fee schedules based on provided information and ensure accuracy and consistency.
Verify the quality and integrity of data by performing regular audits and reconciling
discrepancies.
Conduct thorough technical user acceptance testing to ensure the smooth functioning of
our database system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and
recommend process improvements.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to data entry processes, fee
schedules, and quality assurance procedures.
Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines related to data
management and privacy.
Provide support and assistance to internal stakeholders regarding data-related queries and
issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Associate or bachelor's degree in a related
field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
Proficient in using database systems and proficient with Microsoft Office applications,
particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and reconcile data
discrepancies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of provider data management and fee schedule entry.
Familiarity with technical user acceptance testing methodologies and tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
