Are you a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor ready to take the lead on high-impact projects?
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter for NYH Property as we expand our Property Services team.
You'll work on a mix of capital projects and responsive maintenance across a wide range of commercial properties. From first fix to final finishes, your craftsmanship will help maintain and improve essential infrastructure across the county. This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering capital projects and responsive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
