What Youll Do:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for performing arts projects.
Manage tender processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure budgets are maintained.
Collaborate closely with artists, consultants, and project teams to understand project requirements and financial constraints.
Identify and manage risks related to costs and contracts while offering practical solutions.
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Who You Are:
An experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction, arts venues, or cultural projects preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in cost management and contract administration.
Proficient with industry-standard software and tools relevant to quantity surveying.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing your time and communication effectively.
Passionate about the performing arts or excited to support creative projects through your expertise.
A strong communicator who can translate technical cost information for diverse audiences.
