Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Agent (Wireless)

  • Qualify leads from sales and marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries into verified sales opportunities for Quantum Fiber.
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and outreach to introduce Quantum Fiber internet, bundled packages, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored Quantum Fiber plans aligned with residential and business requirements.
  • Maintain CRM records of prospect activity, sales milestones, and feedback to support retention, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding, timely activations, and reliable account management.
  • Monitor telecom market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies, strengthen Quantum Fiber’s positioning, and drive sustainable growth.

Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Agent (Wireless)

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement, ideally within fiber internet, enterprise connectivity, SaaS, or sales.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust digitally and clearly present Quantum Fiber connectivity solutions to residential and business audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and resilient, with proven ability to achieve and exceed business development targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital workflow tools to manage leads, track engagement, and streamline processes for accuracy and compliance.
