Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort is seeking professional and service‑focused Banquet Servers to support weddings, tournaments, meetings, and special events. This role delivers exceptional guest service while upholding VIVÂMEE’s Virtues of Joy, Humility, and Ministry.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, serve, and break down banquet events according to event orders and standards
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional food and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events
- Follow food safety, alcohol service, and health guidelines
- Communicate effectively with banquet captains, kitchen team, and event leadership
- Represent VIVÂMEE Values through teamwork, hospitality, and guest engagement
Qualifications
- Previous banquet, catering, or serving experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
