We deliver secure, high-quality language support in more than 80 spoken and signed languages for USCIS and other federal agencies.
We are seeking Quichua / Quechua Dialects Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) to support our USCIS contract. Quichua / Quechua Dialects is a priority Southeast Asian language frequently needed for asylum, refugee, and immigration interviews.
Responsibilities
Provide real-time Quichua / Quechua Dialects English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.
Interpret with accuracy, impartiality, and professionalism in immigration, legal, and administrative contexts.
Maintain confidentiality in line with USCIS/DHS interpreter standards.
Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge calls.
Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and QA audits.
Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Quichua / Quechua Dialects and English.
2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, legal, community, or government preferred).
Familiarity with interpreter ethics, confidentiality, and cultural awareness.
Strong telephone communication skills; ability to remain accurate under pressure.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 federal clearance.
