We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our team!
This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized under pressure, and wants an opportunity to grow in the automotive industry.
What you’ll be doing:
Greet customers and provide a great experience from start to finish
Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
Review maintenance needs and technician recommendations with customers
Provide estimates and keep customers updated throughout their visit
Recommend maintenance and services based on vehicle needs
Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently
Follow up with customers and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Handle multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment
Help keep the Quick Lane organized, productive, and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Sales-minded without sacrificing customer service
Automotive experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
