As an Quick Lane Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for exceptional service from the moment they walk in or call. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting customers, actively listening to their concerns, scheduling service appointments, accurately entering repair orders and data, answering incoming calls, and supporting the service team with day-to-day operations.
