Vandergriff Chevrolet is seeking an experienced and energetic Quick Lane Service Manager to lead our high-volume Express Service operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be responsible for driving efficiency, coaching technicians and advisors, increasing customer retention, and creating a culture of accountability and success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all daily Quick Lane and Express Service operations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop technicians and service advisors
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Monitor productivity, labor sales, and department performance
  • Ensure efficient vehicle flow and reduced wait times
  • Maintain quality control and compliance with dealership standards
  • Work closely with Fixed Operations leadership to achieve department goals
  • Create a positive, high-energy team culture focused on growth and teamwork

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive service management, assistant manager, shop foreman, or Quick Lane leadership experience

 Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Experience with service lane operations and customer-facing environments

 Proven ability to improve performance and drive results

 Excellent communication and organizational skills

 Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Experience

  • Quick Lane, Express Service, Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, Take 5 Oil Change, dealership service lane, or similar experience
  • Background supervising technicians and advisors
  • CDK or dealership management system experience
