Quick Lane Technician

Job Summary:The Quick Lane Technician at Bill Dube Ford Toyota is a full-time position located at our Dover, New Hampshire dealership. As a Quick Lane Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles and use your skills to provide top-notch service to our customers. You will have the best of both worlds where you have the work mix of an aftermarket shop as well as the opportunity to participate in Ford and/or Toyota Factory Trainings!Compensation & Benefits:- Hourly or Flat Rate for a total potential compensation of $50,000 to $100,000 per year- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401k retirement plan and Profit Sharing- Paid vacation and sick leave- Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and serviceResponsibilities:- Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, and other service tasks as needed- Inspect vehicles for potential issues and recommend necessary repairs- Adhere to dealership safety and cleanliness standards- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers to provide exceptional service- Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely mannerRequirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record- ASE certification preferred but not required- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent customer service skills- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and evenings
