While experience in an automotive service department is preferred, it's not mandatory. We highly value experience in customer service roles within the public sphere.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
As an Express Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
  • Oversee service orders and managing the flow of Drive Lane.
  • Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.
  • Assisting in diagnosing vehicle problems and overseeing administration of warranty claims.
  • Collaborating with upper management to make service department decisions.
