Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance.
- Inspect and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other minor components.
- Conduct tire rotations and pressure checks for optimal safety.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new automotive technologies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training preferred.
- 2 years of recent experience in automotive service or quick lube environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- ASE certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
