Victory Lane Quick Oil Change is now hiring qualified, full-time and part-time Quick Lube Technicians for our location. We take pride in providing professional training, excellent customer service, and a clean, fast-paced work environment where both employees and customers feel valued.
Our mission is to keep our customers' vehicles running safely and smoothly. We do this by delivering convenient, top-quality automotive maintenance and by recommending necessary preventative services based on each vehicle’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and recommend automotive services and products based on customer needs
- Communicate directly and professionally with guests
- Evaluate service needs using mileage and manufacturer recommendations
- Perform preventative maintenance, including:
- Oil changes
- Fluid checks and exchanges
- Filter replacements
- Light bulb and wiper blade replacement
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications & Skills:
- Friendly and approachable with a positive, team-first attitude
- Comfortable working with a diverse team and customer base
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
