    Position Overview

    Wheelers of Marshfield is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quick Lube Technician to join our growing service team. In this role, you'll perform essential vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, fluid inspections, filter replacements, and system diagnostics. You'll work in a modern facility alongside experienced service professionals who are committed to delivering excellence to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements with precision 

    Inspect and test vehicle systems and components to ensure proper operation 

    Check tire pressure and perform lubrication services as needed 

    Operate diagnostic equipment and communicate findings clearly to service advisors 

    Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in all service work 

    Diagnose and repair vehicle issues proactively to prevent breakdowns 

    Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively 

    Contribute to a culture of efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement 

    Required Qualifications

    Minimum 1 year preferred of experience in an automotive service department; will train the right candidate Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 

    Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures 

    Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment 

    Excellent analytical and communication skills 

    Willingness to learn new technologies and service procedures 

    Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
