We’re hiring Express Service Technicians to join our service team in Washington, PA.

If you’re currently changing oil at a quick-lube shop or just getting started in the automotive industry, this is an opportunity to learn real technician skills and build a long-term career. At Budd Baer Automotive, our entry-level technicians receive hands-on training, follow a structured development process, and work alongside experienced mentor technicians in our express bays.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
• Replace air and cabin filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other maintenance items
• Complete and communicate multi-point vehicle inspections
• Check and adjust tire pressures
• Inspect and refill vehicle fluids as necessary
• Assist with used vehicle inspections and reconditioning for resale
• Work alongside experienced technicians while developing your automotive repair skills
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide quality service while keeping the customer experience top of mind

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in building a career as an automotive technician
• Previous quick-lube, automotive maintenance, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
