Ford of Pleasanton is seeking a Quick Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. You’ll perform routine maintenance and light repairs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while gaining hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
- Check and top off fluids (brake, transmission, coolant, etc.)
- Replace filters, wiper blades, and bulbs
- Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications
- Technical school training or prior automotive experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic tools (preferred but not required)
