EXPERIENCED QUILT MACHINE OPERATOR RIALTO, CA

Location: Rialto, CA

Pay: $26 - $28/hr. DOE

Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM

Job Type: Temp to Hire, Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Job Description:

Arrow Staffing is looking for an experienced and reliable Quilt Machine Operator to join a mattress manufacturing team in Rialto, CA! In this role, you will operate industrial quilting machines to produce high-quality mattress panels and covers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a Mattress Manufacturer.

Job Duties:

• Set up, operate, and monitor multi-needle quilting machines

• Load and adjust fabric, foam, and other materials

• Inspect finished quilted panels for quality and defects

• Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting

• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Work collaboratively with team members on the production line

• Complete production paperwork and quality checks

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating industrial quilting machines or similar textile/sewing machinery required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

• Must be available to work the full MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM shift

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
