What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order support
- Process quotes, order entry, order revisions, and order management activities
- Manage customer requests received through web platforms, email, phone, and other channels
- Enter and maintain orders within Oracle ERP systems
- Resolve order issues and drive timely customer solutions
- Generate sales order acknowledgments and support warranty order processing
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Order Entry, Order Management, or Sales Support
- ERP experience preferred (Oracle or SAP)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
