Job Title:R&D Electrical Engineer Instrument Transformers & Sensors
Location: Mebane, NC (Onsite)

Job Summary:
Seeking an R&D Electrical Engineer with experience in medium/high-voltage electrical product development. The ideal candidate will support the design, simulation, testing, and validation of instrument transformers and sensors while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years (or Master's with 2+ years) of experience
• Experience in medium- or high-voltage electrical product development
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
• Knowledge of FEM simulations (electrical, thermal, electromagnetic, structural, CFD)
• Experience with electrical testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Product industrialization experience is a plus
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10 15%
