Job Details
Develop and scale advanced composite manufacturing processes from R&D through production.
Lead new product development projects focused on performance, quality, cost, and sustainability.
Partner with global engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring new technologies to market.
Drive material testing, process optimization, supplier qualification, and recycling initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
0–3 years of design for manufacturing; experience with composite materials would be a plus.
Hands-on knowledge of composite processing, testing, and manufacturing equipment (preferred).
Experience with DOE, process development, and engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to support global teams and travel up to 10%.
