Colmac WaterHeat, Inc. designs and manufactures commercial water heaters, controls and water systems utilizing heat pump technology.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Design and development of new equipment for the commercial water heating industries.
  • Conceptual design and prototyping.
  • Mechanical design and system integration.
  • Refrigeration circuit design and testing.
  • Heat transfer system design.
  • PLC programming, HMI development, Visual Basic interface.
  • Testing and data acquisition.
  • Other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work independently and in a team with good communication skills.
  • Initiative and ability to lead/drive process improvements.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to travel.
