Title: R&D Engineer II
Location: CA
We are looking for an experienced R&D Engineer II to support the development and qualification of new in-vitro test systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD/SolidWorks, test method development, test system validation, and MSA/Gage R&R.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a new in-vitro test system to replace a legacy setup
Improve test capacity and integrate new test methods into the new system
Gather requirements with Test, Product Development, EHS, Quality, and Facilities teams
Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
Create test setup designs using SolidWorks or other CAD software
Develop and execute validation activities including IQ, EQV, and TMV
Support test method validation, Gage R&R, and other MSA activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify and implement the new test system
Requirements:
Experience with CAD drawings and SolidWorks or similar CAD software
Experience developing in-vitro test methods and test systems
Experience with test method validation and system qualification
Knowledge of Gage R&R and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
Strong project planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
