R&D Engineer II

The employee will work as part of the in-vitro test team to:

• Help design a new test system setup as replacement for a legacy unit
• Increase test capacity of the new system compared to the older system
• Integrate new test methods into the new procedure
• Help qualify the new test system and run test method validations

Day to Day expectation:

Collaborate with multiple teams in gathering requirements for new in-vitro test set-up. These stakeholders include:

• Current in-vitro test team
• Product development technical team
• EHS
• Quality
• Facilities
• Create new project timeline for relocated in-vitro test setup in new location with clearly defined milestones and needed resources.
• Create design for new test setup in Solidworks or other CAD software which include enhancements over previous generation test.
• Create validation framework (IQ, EQV, TMV etc.) for new test setup and execute with the help of current test team
• Familiarity with CAD drawing.
• Familiarity with test methods and test system development.
• Experience in test method validation (Gage R&R, other MSA)
• Solidworks
• Statistical software (JMP, Minitab)
