Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent
- New Product Development (NPD) experience
- Hands-on packaging design and development
- Experience with Design Controls / Design Control processes
- Strong engineering problem-solving and data analysis
- Ability to develop, execute, and report engineering/testing activities
- Experience developing technical specifications and engineering documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
- Medical-device/regulated industry experience strongly preferred
