Required:
• Technical background in Electronics, preferably in Network Analyzers and/or Test and Measurement Accessories • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ASTM, NADCAP, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, AS9100). • The role requires strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with various levels of internal and external customers.
Candidates must be able to solve practical problems and work efficiently under tight deadlines. • Solid understanding of dimensional metrology, electrical/electronic theory, electro-mechanical systems, and test methods. • Strong leadership ability and positive, proactive approach to working in a dynamic, progressive environment.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific field. • Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic documentation. • Certification in quality management or laboratory management (e.g., ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence). • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. • Prior calibration lab management experience, managing 10-20 people. |
