Duties:

  • Prepare and manufacture pilot-scale batches in accordance with approved batch instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable safety and quality requirements.

  • Complete and maintain accurate batch records, production documentation, and related records in a timely and compliant manner.

  • Weigh and prepare ingredients, materials, and samples for pilot plant and laboratory activities in accordance with established procedures.

  • Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and test runs for various product and package configurations, as required.

  • Support production operations, including weighing, blending, filling, packaging, cleaning, and other related activities as assigned.

  • Perform material weighing and handling activities in accordance with established requirements and safety practices.

  • Blend materials in accordance with approved batch records, SOPs, and applicable quality standards.

  • Clean and maintain equipment, work areas, and rooms in accordance with established cleaning procedures and specifications.

  • Support laboratory activities and operate laboratory equipment in accordance with training, procedures, and applicable safety requirements.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document work clearly and accurately.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications or similar business software.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and internal business partners.
