    Job Title: R&D Lab Technician

    Location: Minnesota (Onsite)

    Job Description:

    • Perform hands-on laboratory testing and execute experimental studies.
    • Prepare test samples, set up experiments, and operate laboratory equipment.
    • Collect, document, and analyze experimental data with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Support device characterization, verification testing, and process development activities.
    • Prepare technical reports, study plans, and laboratory documentation.
    • Follow established procedures, SOPs, and quality requirements.
    • Maintain laboratory organization and equipment readiness.
    • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians on product development projects.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic data analysis.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related technical field, or 1 4 years of relevant laboratory, R&D, testing, or manufacturing experience.
    • Experience in medical device, biotechnology, laboratory, or manufacturing environments.
    • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
