Job Summary

Job Description

• Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• Quickly learn and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Package systems and components for domestic and international shipping
• Develop creative solutions to technical challenges while ensuring compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and technicians
• Support testing from concept through validation and verification (V&V) and beyond
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate’s Degree or completion of a 2-year trade or military school (Preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background checks
• Shift Start: 08:00 AM
• Ability to work with supervisors, engineers, designers, and technicians

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $22.44 to $30.44 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
