About Our Client
Our client is a multibillion-dollar, publicly held consumer healthcare manufacturing conglomerate which has a robust portfolio of trusted brands across pain relief, vitamins & supplements, specialty care, oral health, respiratory, and other health-related areas. The business is hiring out of growth and needs an R&D expert to drive new product launches.
Job Description
- Lead the execution of product launches, transfers, and change management projects.
- Assess project feasibility, impact, and implementation requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, launch strategies, and implementation timelines.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive corrective actions when needed.
- Support continuous improvement, Lean, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and standardized systems.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical, operational, and regulatory teams.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of R&D / NPD experience within the consumer healthcare or pharma manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of new product introduction, product transfers, and technical operations.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement experience.
- Ability to influence teams and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
