About the Team:
- The client Colorado Springs NPI Engineering team is multi-disciplinary involving electrical, software, and mechanical activities, working between R&D and Manufacturing to design and implement the manufacturing processes for new products.
- We build new product prototypes throughout the R&D cycle to enable product development across a variety of teams. Finally, we launch the new manufacturing process into the production site to enable manufacturing and shipments of the new products to customers.

Responsibilities:
As an NPI Technician on the team, you will collaborate with NPI Engineers, NPI Technicians, and R&D Engineers to:
- Work in an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environment
- Turn on and troubleshoot PCA's
- Build / assemble full instrument prototypes
- Calibrate and run automated tests on prototypes
- Troubleshoot and repair prototypes
- Build, troubleshoot, and maintain test racks containing electronic test and measurement equipment
- Execute automated performance characterization tests on prototypes at temperature and humidity and collect characterization data
- Help to maintain the NPI Lab environment
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI environment or equivalent
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturing
- Experience in electronic mechanical assembly including torque drivers
- Proficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues effectively
