Job Title: R&D Technical Coordinator
Job Duration: 24 months contract
Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Schedule Notes: M-F 6am 2:30pm

Duties:

Join our team and dive into the dynamic world of Integrated Circuit (IC) Testing, where you ll play a pivotal role in supporting production and prototype circuits in their wafer stage.Our facility is nestled in the heart of wine country, just an hour s drive from San Francisco. At company we re at the forefront of crafting cutting-edge test instruments for RF/microwave communications.

In this role, you ll conduct both DC and RF testing using sophisticated automated systems, working with a diverse range of RF circuits within our high-variety manufacturing environment. We ensure you re equipped with comprehensive support, motivation, and step-by-step guidance to excel in your tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass a spectrum of activities, including setting up and maintaining manufacturing equipment, conducting product tests, troubleshooting, as well as engaging in technical analysis and problem-solving.

You ll be actively involved in executing tests, experiments, and troubleshooting related to various components, parts, products, or entire processes/systems. Additionally, you ll offer crucial technical support in both electronic and mechanical operations, contributing to tests, experiments, and resolving issues tied to components, parts, products, or processes/systems.

Your work will focus on technical manufacturing assignments with clear objectives, demanding strong logistical capabilities. These technical responsibilities will call for sound judgment and analytical thinking. You ll collaborate closely with engineers, providing necessary assistance to address product/process challenges that require a solid technical foundation. This position may necessitate specialized training or certification, as well as a comprehensive background in electronics.

Skills:
Experience with test equipment preferred. (Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Supplies and Power Meters)
Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment (gown and hood)
Experience with a microscope
Strong PC & MS Office skills
Manufacturing experience
Interested in rapid skill development and progressively increased responsibility
Excellent communication
Strong logistical skills
Ability to work in a multi-disciplined cross-departmental environment
Experience with Integrated Circuit wafer (fabrication and handling) preferred
Technical experience preferred. (Electronics testing, troubleshooting, etc.)
AS or Certificate in Electronics Technology preferred

Education:
