We are seeking a hands-on R&D Technician with 3 5 years of laboratory or testing experience in a regulated industry. This position supports engineering and R&D teams through test execution, prototype support, data collection, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

This role is focused on hands-on testing and laboratory support rather than engineering design ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and execute tests according to established protocols and procedures.
• Modify or fabricate prototypes under engineering direction.
• Accurately record test results and observations in laboratory notebooks and required documentation.
• Assist with data analysis, test reports, and technical documentation.
• Operate laboratory equipment, test fixtures, and measurement tools.
• Support engineers with testing, troubleshooting, and general laboratory activities.
• Follow applicable Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 3 5 years of hands-on laboratory, R&D, or testing experience.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, defense, or aerospace.
• Strong experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820.
• Ability to follow established test protocols, procedures, and engineering instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering, technical, or related educational background.
• Experience supporting prototype testing or laboratory-based R&D activities.
• Experience with test fixtures, measurement tools, and laboratory equipment.
