Now Hiring - Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours

KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Drywall Installers to join our Back Panel Department. This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Install drywall (sheetrock) panels in manufactured homes
  • Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels according to specifications
  • Secure panels to framing using hand tools and power tools
  • Assist with alignment and positioning to ensure proper fit and finish
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

  • Previous drywall, construction, or production experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  • Ability to read measurements and use basic hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, and position drywall panels (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to work with large panels and overhead placement when required
  • Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • After Training: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
  • Occasional Saturdays based on production needs

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE
  • Weekly pay (Fridays - one week in arrears)

Work Environment
