KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Exterior Installers to join our Exteriors Department. This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do
• Install exterior siding and materials on manufactured homes
• Install insulation as part of the exterior build process
• Install windows and doors according to specifications
• Perform general installation tasks as assigned within the department
• Assist with paint preparation and exterior painting
• Ensure all work meets company quality and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
• Previous construction, siding, or installation experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Experience with windows, doors, or exterior work is a plus
• Ability to read measurements and use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Additional Requirements
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work outdoors or in varying weather conditions as needed
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
• Occasional Saturdays based on production needs
Pay & Benefits
• Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE
• Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)

Work Environment

• PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, appropriate footwear)
