    KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Framers to join our Floors Department. Help build the structural foundation of every manufactured home by assembling floor systems with precision while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

    Beginning August 31, 2026, eligible production employees will transition to a NEW Monday–Thursday work schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM), giving you a three-day weekend every week while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.

    What You’ll Do
    • Build and assemble floor framing components for manufactured homes
    • Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns safely and efficiently
    • Ensure framing is square, level, and meets quality standards
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

    What We’re Looking For
    • Previous framing, construction, or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
    • Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools
    • Strong attention to detail and quality
    • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

    Additional Requirements
    • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
    • Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
    • Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
    • Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

    Work Schedule

    Until August 28, 2026
    • Monday–Friday
    • Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
    • After Training: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
    • Overtime and occasional Saturdays as production requires
    Beginning August 31, 2026
    • Monday–Thursday
    • 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Three-Day Weekends Every Week!
