KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Framers to join our Floors Department. This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do- Build and assemble floor framing components for manufactured homes
- Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns safely and efficiently
- Ensure framing is square, level, and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For- Previous framing, construction, or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Additional Requirements- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Schedule- Monday – Friday
- Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
- Occasional Saturdays based on production needs
Pay & Benefits- Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE
- Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)

Work Environment- Manufacturing/production setting
- Fast-paced production environment with daily output expectations
- Work may be repetitive and physically demanding
- Exposure to noise, dust, wood materials, and machinery
- Use of saws and cutting equipment required
- PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, closed-toe footwear)
