KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Framers to join our Interior Walls Department. Help build the framework that creates every room in our manufactured homes while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Monday–Thursday work schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM), giving you a three-day weekend every week while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.

What You’ll Do
• Build and assemble interior wall framing components for manufactured homes
• Set floor and ceiling components as part of the framing process
• Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications
• Install sheetrock as needed and secure work to meet applicable codes and standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns safely and efficiently
• Use ladders safely and work on rooftops as needed to complete assigned tasks
• Ensure all framing (walls, floors, and ceilings) is square, level, and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goalsWhat We’re Looking For
• Previous framing, construction, or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentAdditional Requirements
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirementsWork Schedule
Monday – Thursday

• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Three-day weekends every week (Friday–Sunday)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x when applicable.
• Occasional Fridays may be required based on business needs and production demands.
