Help build the structural sidewalls that provide strength, stability, and support for every manufactured home while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Monday–Thursday work schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM), giving you a three-day weekend every week while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.

What You’ll Do• Build and assemble sidewall framing components for manufactured homes
• Set and position sidewalls onto units as part of the production process
• Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications
• Install sheetrock as needed and secure work to meet applicable codes and standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns safely and efficiently
• Use ladders safely and work on rooftops as needed to complete assigned tasks
• Ensure all framing and setting work meets quality and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For• Previous framing, construction, or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Additional Requirements• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work with and around large wall components
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Three-day weekends every week (Friday–Sunday)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x when applicable.
- Occasional Fridays may be required based on business needs and production demands.
Pay & Benefits•
Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE
• Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)

Work Environment• Manufacturing/production setting
• Fast-paced production environment with daily output expectations

• Handling and positioning large wall sections
• PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection, closed-toe footwear)
