Perform wheel bearing replacements, CV axle installations, and steering component work with consistent quality
Handle tire mounting, balancing, and TPMS service with speed and accuracy
Complete fluid services, cooling system work, and battery replacements
Productivity & Quality
Maintain strong efficiency while never compromising on workmanship or safety
Work systematically through your repair orders, managing your time to keep the shop flowing
Communicate effectively with service advisors about job status and any additional findings
Professional Standards
Keep your bay organized and efficient – your workspace reflects your professionalism
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures without exception
Properly document all work performed and parts used
Treat every vehicle like it belongs to someone you care about
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Proven track record in a professional shop environment (high-volume experience is a plus)
Strong foundation in brake systems, suspension work, and common R&R procedures
Comfortable with shop management systems and basic diagnostic tools
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
The Work Style
Self-motivated and able to manage your own workflow throughout the day
Detail-oriented enough to catch issues but practical enough to stay productive
Team player who understands that in a high-volume shop, we win or lose together
Professional demeanor with customers and coworkers alike
We Support Your Success
Well-equipped shop with quality tools and modern equipment
Parts readily available to keep you working, not waiting
Experienced team that values collaboration over competition
Management that understands the difference between fast and rushed
Build Your Future
Opportunity to advance your skills and take on more complex work
Clear path for career growth within our organization
Company that stands behind its work and takes pride in doing things right
Stable foundation to build long-term career security
