Help prepare the materials that build every manufactured home by operating precision cutting equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Monday–Thursday work schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM), giving you a three-day weekend every week while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.

What You’ll Do• Operate saw equipment including table saws, upcut saws, and panel saws
• Measure, cut, and process wood materials according to specifications
• Assist with material handling and preparation for production
• Ensure accurate cuts and maintain quality standards
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For• Previous saw, woodworking, or production experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Experience with table saws or similar equipment is a plus
• Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Additional Requirements• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work safely around machinery and cutting equipment
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Three-day weekends every week (Friday–Sunday)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x when applicable.
- Occasional Fridays may be required based on business needs and production demands.
