    Resident Aide – Full Time Night Shift
     
    Role Information
    Location: Concord Reserve | 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, OH 44145
    Schedule:  
    • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Full-Time

    You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction.
     
    Responsibilities
    • Providing residents with routine, daily, quality care.
    • Assist with individualized attention, according to the resident’s assessment and care plan.
    • Resident Aides encourage residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
    • Promoting a positive, calm and effective work environment that contributes to teamwork.
    Position Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent 
    • Must possess a customer service background and orientation
