Job Summary
As a Cable Operator, you will support the assembly and integration of server racks and components in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Open and unpack chassis and components used for server assembly
Integrate computer parts into chassis on a progressive assembly line
Use small hand tools to install screws, brackets, labels, and components
Assemble handles, affix switches, and apply labels as required
Identify and label cables to meet rack specifications using labeling equipment
Package finished racks for shipment
Assist with recycling materials as needed
Follow all production, quality, and safety standards
Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong work ethic and reliability
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work on ladders when needed
Good manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
