Job Summary The Racker is responsible for handling, organizing, and moving products onto racks efficiently and safely within a warehouse or production environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and arrange items onto racks or storage areas Ensure products are properly organized and secured Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as needed
Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (or as required) Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Work Environment Warehouse or production facility setting Fast-paced and physically demanding May involve exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility
