Installer/Laborer - Warehouse Racking
Pay Range: $18–$25/hr + Overtime + Travel Opportunities
We're looking for Racking Installers with construction or labor experience. This role is responsible for assembling and installing warehouse racking systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, being a part of a team, and working across multiple job sites, this will be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and install warehouse racking systems and industrial storage equipment
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations
- Work on-site at customer locations with a team
- Follow project plans and meet installation deadlines
- Communicate daily progress with your supervisor
- Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
- All other responsibilities/duties as assigned
What You Need:
- Construction, labor, or hands-on work experience (required)
- Comfortable using tools and working in physical environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
