Job Summary:
The Pallet Racking and Mezzanine Installer is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, modification, repair, and dismantling of warehouse storage systems, including pallet racking, shelving, mezzanines, safety barriers, and related material handling equipment. The role requires working at heights, operating power tools, reading installation drawings, and ensuring all installations comply with engineering specifications and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install pallet racking systems, shelving units, mezzanines, and warehouse storage equipment according to manufacturer specifications and engineered drawings.
- Assemble structural steel components, columns, beams, decking, stairs, handrails, and guardrails.
- Measure, mark, level, and align installations to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Anchor racking and mezzanine structures to concrete floors using approved fastening systems.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other installation equipment safely.
- Load, unload, move, and organize installation materials and equipment at job sites.
- Inspect components for damage or defects prior to installation.
- Perform repairs, modifications, relocations, and dismantling of existing warehouse storage systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow housekeeping standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and installation plans.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members regarding project progress and site conditions.
- Complete daily safety inspections and required project documentation.
- Follow all company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and procedures.

- Monday–Saturday
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
