Racquet Sports Pro Shop Attendant - Part Time

Summary: The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for providing a warm, welcoming environment for members and their guests.

The hours required for this position are Monday, 3:00 pm to closing and Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Closing time varies between 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm depending on the volume of play for the day.

Responsibilities:

• Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club
• Maintain tennis/pickleball court reservation system
• Provide information about products and services available in the Pro Shop
• Use POS system to charge program fees, guest fees, and merchandise sales to members' account
• Answer and route all incoming calls and take messages as needed
• Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
• Empty trash, vacuum, clean courts, provide towels, cups and ice for members and guest
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a City of Johns Creek Pouring Permit
• Outstanding customer service skills and a pleasant personality
• Must be able to work holidays when necessary
