Are you a skilled Radiologic Technologist passionate about advancing cardiac health? We're seeking a dedicated Rad Tech-Cath/IR to operate and support our state-of-the-art heart catheterization laboratory. In this vital role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures that help save lives, providing critical imaging and patient care in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Bring:
  • An Associate degree in radiologic sciences (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience as an allied health professional in a clinical setting.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications through the American Heart Association.
  • Valid Radiologic Technologist license in your state, along with registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Proficiency with computers, imaging software, and digital archiving systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex procedures and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts to meet patient care needs.

Additional Competencies That Make a Difference:
  • Experience with PACS and digital imaging systems.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of calming and communicating effectively with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences or related field.
  • Two or more years of hands-on experience in a cardiac catheterization or interventional radiology setting.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to lift medium weights (20-50 pounds) and work in a busy healthcare environment, sometimes under physical or emotional stress.
  • Willingness to work in areas with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials.
  • Certification in radiation safety and adherence to all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
