Required Skills
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Valid, unrestricted state license.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Proficiency in using radiology equipment, computer systems, and electronic health records.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication to diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts; willing to travel across facilities as needed.

Nice to Have Skills
  • Prior experience in cardiovascular or cath lab imaging.
  • Knowledge of contrast administration and invasive procedures.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality control procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • An approved radiologic technology program graduate.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in cardiovascular imaging or cath labs.

Other Requirements
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and tissue.
  • Ability to exert physical effort, including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Compliance with all safety, privacy, and infection control protocols.
  • Active state licensure and certifications to perform imaging procedures and contrast administrations.
