What You’ll Do
  • Assist in patient setup, prep, and post-procedure cleanup using safe transfer and positioning techniques
  • Operate diagnostic fluoroscopy and cardiac imaging equipment to evaluate coronary and peripheral vascular disease
  • Perform hemodynamic monitoring and assist physicians during procedures
  • Document procedures accurately for billing and record-keeping
  • Manage digital images and perform routine maintenance of imaging equipment
  • Maintain radiation safety standards and ensure minimal exposure for staff and patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members to deliver compassionate care
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local radiation and safety regulations
  • Adapt to patient needs with professional and respectful behavior

What You Need
  • Valid Louisiana Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT registration
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Rad Tech or Cath Lab settings
  • Proficiency in imaging technology, patient care, and documentation
  • Strong communication, detail orientation, and safety awareness
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call, weekends, and holidays
