What Youll Do
Assist in patient setup and procedure preparation in the cardiac catheterization lab
Operate diagnostic fluoroscopy and cardiac imaging equipment to visualize coronary and peripheral vascular disease
Monitor patient vitals and conduct hemodynamic monitoring during procedures
Document procedures accurately to ensure proper billing and charge capture
Maintain equipment and perform quality control standards
Ensure radiation safety and minimal exposure for patients and staff
Communicate effectively with physicians and team members throughout procedures
What You Need
Required:
Associate degree in radiologic sciences
2+ years of relevant experience
BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
Registered Radiologic Technologist license in applicable state
ARRT registration
Proficiency with computer systems and imaging software
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in radiologic sciences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
